About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Manager – Influencer Marketing to lead and own the influencer marketing vertical end-to-end. The role involves developing strategy, building creator partnerships, executing high-impact campaigns, managing agencies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering measurable business outcomes through influencer-led fundraising initiatives.

Key Responsibilities • Own the influencer marketing strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.

- Identify, onboard, and build long-term relationships with influencers across categories.
- Lead end-to-end influencer campaigns including planning, outreach, negotiations, execution, reporting, and optimization.
- Drive content output across Instagram (Reels, Feed, Collabs) and YouTube (Shorts & Long-form).
- Manage relationships with influencer marketing agencies, talent managers, and creator partners.
- Negotiate commercials and ensure cost-effective collaborations.
- Brief influencers on campaign narrative, messaging, and CTAs while ensuring timely, high- quality content delivery.
- Track campaign performance across reach,



engagement, traffic, CTR, conversions, ROI, and fundraising impact.
- Collaborate closely with Performance Marketing, Content, Creative, PR, and Fundraising teams to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Build scalable processes, reporting dashboards, and mentor team members while identifying new growth opportunities. Key Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Partnerships, or Digital Marketing.
- Experience leading large-scale influencer campaigns with measurable business outcomes.
- Robust network of influencers, agencies, and creator partners.
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, and the creator ecosystem.
- Analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign performance and ROI.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
