BlitzenX | Hyderabad, India | Full-Time BlitzenX is looking for high-performance India Domestic IT Recruiters to join our growing talent acquisition team. You will own the recruitment lifecycle from requirement to joining, with a strong focus on sourcing, candidate engagement, interview management, and closures.

What You'll Do Source IT professionals through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases, and direct sourcing. Understand technical requirements and identify qualified candidates. Screen candidates and manage the interview process. Drive offers, negotiations, follow-ups, and joining. Build and maintain active talent pipelines. Work closely with delivery and workforce teams to close requirements. Maintain accurate recruitment data and daily pipeline updates.

What We're Looking For 2–5 years of India Domestic IT Recruitment experience





Proven experience hiring technology professionals in the Indian market. Solid sourcing and candidate engagement skills.

Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Boolean search, and direct sourcing. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple requirements and work against aggressive timelines. High ownership, urgency, and follow-through.
