About the Role

We're looking for an Inbound Sales Specialist to manage incoming client queries, understand their needs, and guide them toward the right Naqsh solution — turning interest into confirmed business and generating qualified leads for our sales team. This role is fully remote: all in-person client meetings and site visits are handled by our team in Dubai, so your focus is entirely on inbound communication and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via WhatsApp, calls, and Instagram DMs
- Understand client requirements and offer them the best options




- Generate and qualify leads for the Naqsh sales team
- Maintain accurate records of leads and conversations
- Coordinate with the Dubai-based team for handovers and client meeting scheduling
- Meet monthly sales/conversion targets

What We're Looking For

- Background in interiors, design, or a related field preferred
- 0–3 years of sales or client-facing experience
- Strong communication skills; English required, Arabic is a plus
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident closing deals
- Knowledge of AI tools to generate design mocks for clients
