Leadership & Ownership
Act as the Single Point of Accountability (SPA) for all group projects.
Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of all hospitality projects.
Manage recent hotel developments, renovations, expansions, conversions, and refurbishments.
Ensure project milestones are achieved as per approved timelines.
Drive project execution from concept to handover.

Ensure all projects are delivered within committed timelines.
Develop project schedules, critical paths, and milestone trackers.
Monitor project progress and proactively identify delays.
Implement corrective action plans to recover timelines.
Conduct weekly and monthly project review meetings.

Management & Cost Control
Ensure projects are executed within approved budgets.
