Job Summary The Purchase Executive is responsible for procuring construction materials, equipment, and services at competitive prices while ensuring timely delivery and compliance with quality standards. The role involves vendor management, purchase order processing, cost optimization, and coordination with project sites to support uninterrupted construction activities.

Key Responsibilities
Procure construction materials, machinery, tools, and services as per project requirements.
Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers and subcontractors.
Obtain quotations, compare prices, negotiate commercial terms, and finalize purchases.
Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) in accordance with company policies.
Coordinate with project teams, stores, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Monitor order status and follow up with suppliers to avoid project delays.
Maintain vendor databases, purchase records, contracts, and procurement documentation etc .

Thanks Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
