Key Responsibilities
Procure biomedical equipment, spare parts, consumables, and related materials.
Source and evaluate vendors based on quality, pricing, and delivery performance.
Obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and prepare Purchase Orders (POs).
Coordinate with Sales, Service, Warehouse, and Finance teams to ensure timely procurement.
Track orders and follow up with suppliers to meet delivery schedules.
Maintain procurement records, vendor database, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and quality standards.
Resolve supplier, invoice, and delivery-related issues.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–3 years of procurement experience, preferably in the medical equipment/healthcare industry.
Knowledge of biomedical equipment and medical consumables is preferred.
Positive negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/SAP systems is an advantage.
Solid analytical and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
