Position: Project Auditor

Location: Kochi (Head Office)

Department: Projects Control Cell

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Auditor to independently monitor project execution, ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs, identify process deviations, and support continuous process improvement across interior projects.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct audits of ongoing and completed interior projects.
Verify compliance with company SOPs, quality standards, and project processes.
Review project documentation, BOQs, work orders, billing, and approvals.
Identify process gaps, non-compliance, and operational risks.
Prepare audit reports with findings, observations, and corrective action recommendations.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Design, Procurement, Finance, and Operations teams to resolve audit observations.
Track closure of audit findings and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.
Monitor project timelines, quality, cost control, and documentation.
Maintain audit records, MIS reports, and compliance dashboards.
Recommend process improvements to enhance project efficiency and compliance.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture,



Interior Design, Commerce, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in project auditing, quality auditing, internal auditing, or project coordination.
Experience in the interior, construction, or manufacturing industry is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent report writing and documentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Positive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to travel for project audits when required.

Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Experience with ERP systems is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
