Required Skills & Experience
3–5 years of overall IT experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or
infrastructure support roles.
Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services including:
EC2
S3
IAM
CloudWatch
VPC
Lambda (basic understanding)
Basic to intermediate experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools:
Terraform
CloudFormation
Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as:
GitHub Actions
Jenkins
GitLab CI/CD
Azure DevOps
Basic understanding of containerization technologies:
Docker
Kubernetes
Experience with Linux systems and shell scripting.
Understanding of networking fundamentals and cloud security basics.
Positive troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Robust willingness to learn cloud-native and AI platform technologies.

Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to AWS-based DevOps environments or cloud platform support.
Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana,




Prometheus, or ELK/OpenSearch.
Exposure to AI/ML platforms, Databricks, or cloud-native AI services is an
added advantage.
AWS Associate-level certification is preferred.

Positive to Have
Basic understanding of DevSecOps practices.
Exposure to GitOps workflows and deployment automation.
Familiarity with operational support processes and incident management.
Understanding of cloud cost optimization basics.
Exposure to AI/GenAI platform environments is a plus.
