General Manager – Operations / Director – Projects

Location

Bengaluru, Karnataka

Experience
8–15 years of experience in heavy fabrication, ducting, structural steel, boiler components, or EPC/power plant projects.
Experience handling projects for BHEL, NTPC, Power Plants, or similar industrial clients is preferred.

Qualification
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
PMP/Project Management certification is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Manage projects from Purchase Order to final delivery and project closure.
Coordinate with Engineering, PPC, Production, Purchase, Quality, Dispatch, and Site teams.
Prepare and monitor project schedules, milestones, and progress.
Ensure timely availability of materials and smooth production execution.
Coordinate customer approvals, inspections, and technical clarifications.
Monitor fabrication, welding, blasting, painting, packing, and dispatch activities.
Conduct project review meetings and submit progress reports.




Manage project budgets, billing milestones, and cost control.
Identify project risks and implement corrective actions.
Ensure on-time delivery, quality compliance, and customer satisfaction.
