Job Summary:

Performs advanced skilled activities to support manufacturing operations and
business needs. Utilizes appropriate tools, machinery, and specialized equipment
while maintaining a robust focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. Works
independently and serves as a resource to coach and guide less experienced team
members.

Key Responsibilities:

Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE)
Identify and immediately report hazards, incidents, injuries, or unsafe
conditions.
Comply with all HSE policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
Proactively promote a culture of safety and interdependence across teams.
Participate in HSE training and continuous safety improvement initiatives.
Minimize environmental impact through responsible work practices.

Quality
Apply high standards of workmanship and craftsmanship in all tasks.
Perform work as per diagrams, manuals, and technical specifications.

Support equipment uptime through failure analysis and feedback into
preventive maintenance systems.
Follow all process documentation and quality procedures.

Execute preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance
activities.
Maintain a clean, organized, and protected work setting.
Support achievement of production targets through effective task execution.
Identify and reduce manufacturing constraints and inefficiencies.
Participate in continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve operational problems.
