Social Media Manager – Roles & Responsibilities

Role Overview

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end social media execution for multiple client accounts. This includes content planning, coordination with internal creative teams, timely publishing, client communication, reporting, and ensuring seamless project delivery while maintaining high quality and deadlines.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Client Account Management
Manage multiple client accounts across industries.
Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day social media communication.
Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable social media plans.
Build solid client relationships and ensure high client satisfaction.
Content Planning & Strategy




Prepare monthly and weekly content calendars aligned with campaign objectives.
Coordinate with Brand Strategy and Creative teams for content ideation.
Ensure content reflects the client's brand guidelines, tone of voice, and marketing goals.
Identify topical trends and social media prospects.
Content Coordination & Delivery
Brief designers, copywriters, video editors, and other internal teams.
Track project timelines and ensure timely delivery of all creatives.
Review content before sharing with clients for approvals.
Ensure error-free execution across all deliverables.
Publishing & Community Management
Schedule and publish content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and others.
Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions.
Coordinate with clients for responses wherever required.
Ensure all posts are published accurately and on schedule.
