What You'll Do
Design, build, test, and deploy scalable full stack applications and services.
Develop contemporary front-end experiences using frameworks such as React.
Build backend services, APIs, and microservices using production-grade engineering practices.
Design and implement REST and/or GraphQL APIs for internal and external consumption.
Build integrations across applications, data platforms, workflow tools, and enterprise systems.
Work with relational, cloud, and/or analytical data platforms to support application and reporting needs.
Optimize application performance, API latency, database queries, and system reliability.
Participate in technical design discussions and help define scalable architecture patterns.
Use modern AI-assisted and agentic coding tools to accelerate development, refactoring, testing, documentation, and code review.
Operate within a controlled SDLC setting, including code reviews, approvals, change management, validation, documentation, and release controls.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Support production applications, including troubleshooting, incident response, root cause analysis, and on-call rotation as needed.
Key Skillsets Must-Haves
Senior-level, hands-on experience building end-to-end full stack applications in production settings.
Demonstrated experience using agentic coding and AI-assisted development workflows in a professional engineering context.
Familiarity with frontier LLMs and modern coding tools such as OpenAI/Codex, Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar platforms.
Ability to use AI coding tools responsibly for code generation, refactoring, test creation, documentation, debugging, and design exploration.
Strong understanding of prompt engineering, context management, model limitations, code validation, security review, and human-in-the-loop engineering practices.
Strong front-end engineering experience with React, modern JavaScript/TypeSc
