Shree Ji Jewellery Manufacturers Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Head to lead our sales team in the Luxury Goods/Jewelry industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic sales plans, and managing a team of sales professionals. This is a full time position based in Hyderabad, offering the chance to work on-site and make a significant impact on our sales performance.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets
Lead and motivate the sales team to drive performance and exceed sales goals
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners




Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives

Requirements
Prior experience in a senior sales role, preferably in the Luxury Goods/Jewelry industry
Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Solid leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Must to work with Jewelry industry
