Role & responsibilities

Job Purpose:

Leading the Textile Processing Sales team in achieving the planned Revenue growth for the assigned products in Jammu, Punjab, Haryana, Delhi NCR, Rajasthan, and Himachal.

Primary Tasks & Activities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share targets.
Build, expand, and manage a strong distributor network across the assigned territory.
Develop new business while strengthening relationships with key textile processing customers and corporate accounts.
Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of 34 Sales Executives/Managers to achieve business objectives.
Drive product trials, technical presentations, and commercial negotiations to convert prospects into business.
Identify market opportunities through competitor analysis and industry trends, and recommend growth strategies.
Review sales performance, forecasts, MIS, and receivables to ensure operational excellence.
Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events,



and trade exhibitions to enhance brand presence and business growth.

Qualifications & Experience
B.SC/M.Sc. in Textile Chemistry, Textile Technology or Chemical Engineering.
MBA (Marketing) preferred.
14 to 16 years of technical sales experience in the chemical industry.
Experience of working in the specialty chemicals industry will be an advantage.

Skills & Knowledge 1. Functional Skills
Experience of selling to Corporates (B2B Sales).
Proven experience in building and managing distributor networks in the textile chemicals industry.
Strong exposure to B2B sales with textile processing houses, dyeing units and textile manufacturers.
Experience in launching recent products and expanding markets.
Robust understanding of textile wet processing chemicals and applications.
Computer Skills
Must be proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and E-Mail (Office or Gmail).
Ability to work on Tally would be preferred.
