Job Summary

We are looking for agile, self-motivated, and target-driven Real Estate Agents to join our growing team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, assisting clients in buying, selling, and investing in residential and commercial properties, conducting site visits, and closing deals while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
Understand clients' property requirements and recommend suitable options.
Conduct property site visits and client meetings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
Negotiate property prices and close sales successfully.
Follow up with prospective clients regularly.
Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities in the CRM.
Stay updated on Pune's real estate market trends, pricing, and recent projects.
Coordinate with developers, legal teams,



and banks for smooth transaction processing.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Eligibility
Bachelor's degree preferred.
0–3 years of experience in Real Estate, Sales, Banking, Insurance, or Direct Sales.
Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills are encouraged to apply.
Valuable communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-driven with a strong passion for sales.
Knowledge of Pune real estate market is an added advantage.
Two-wheeler and a valid driving license preferred.
