Product support including error resolution, troubleshooting and minor improvements

Participate in code reviews and skills development training

Acquire experience in product knowledge

Work with customer-facing teams on solutions

Meet timelines, prioritize tasks and communicate with all stakeholders

Innovate and think creativity to deliver customer-centric solutions Qualification & Experience Proficiency in any server-side programming like coldfusion, java, asp.net, node js

Working knowledge of databases and SQL
