Role: Implementation Engineer

Experience: 3+ Years

Location: Navi Mumbai ? What You’ll Do

Lead deployment, configuration, and integration of Motadata solutions in customer environments to ensure operational efficiency.

Implement Observability and Monitoring solutions across enterprise infrastructures to enhance system visibility.

Design and deploy APM and RUM use cases to optimize application performance and user experience.

Work closely with clients to understand business and technical requirements, ensuring solutions are tailored to meet specific needs.

Design scalable IT Monitoring, Logging, and ITSM solutions for diverse organizational needs.

Collaborate with internal teams including DevOps, Product, and Support to ensure seamless implementation delivery.

Provide training and onboarding support to customers to promote effective product adoption.

Create and maintain comprehensive implementation documentation, SOPs,



and user guides to facilitate knowledge sharing.

Troubleshoot deployment and integration challenges efficiently to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction. ? Key Skills & Expertise

Hands-on experience with Observability and Monitoring tools such as Datadog, SolarWinds, or Motadata.

Robust expertise in APM and RUM implementation.

Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, Symphony, or Zoho Desk.

Experience of Linux, Windows Server, Networking, DMZ, and Firewalls.

Experience with Cloud and On-Premise deployments.

Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills ➕ Good to Have

ITIL Certification

Experience with Power BI / Tableau / JasperBI

Scripting or automation exposure
