Are you someone who can keep shipments moving smoothly from vessel arrival to final delivery? ??

Vista Lines (P) Ltd is looking for an Import Documentation Staff to join our growing logistics team in Chennai.

? Position: Import Documentation Staff

? Location: Chennai

? Experience: 2–4 years in Import / Shipping Documentation

What you’ll be handling

? Import documentation & shipment coordination

? Shipping line / CHA coordination

? Bill of Lading, Delivery Order & related documents

? Coordination for customs clearance

? Tracking vessel arrivals, containers & delivery status

? Coordination with customers, agents and internal teams

? Maintaining accurate shipment records and reports

What we’re looking for

✅ Good knowledge of import procedures and shipping documentation





✅ Robust coordination and communication skills

✅ Good command of MS Excel & MS Office

✅ Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipments

✅ Prior experience in freight forwarding / NVOCC / shipping will be an advantage
