Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Immigration Consultant role based in South Delhi.

The Immigration

Consultant will advise clients on immigration pathways, eligibility, and documentation requirements, ensuring guidance is aligned with current laws and regulations.

Responsibilities include assessing client profiles, preparing and reviewing application forms and supporting documents, and managing case files from initial consultation through to outcome. The role involves regular client meetings, responding to queries, explaining procedures and timelines,



and maintaining transparent communication throughout each stage of the process. The consultant will also stay updated on global immigration policies, collaborate with team members to improve processes, and uphold the firm’s standards of ethical practice and professional service.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of immigration issues and related procedures, with the ability to interpret and explain complex requirements clearly.
- Experience working with various visa categories and pathways, including work, study, visitor, and family-related visas.
- Understanding of relevant immigration law frameworks and compliance standards across different countries.
- Background in consulting or advisory services, with proven ability to provide client-focused, solutions-oriented guidance.
- Awareness of global immigration trends and policies, particularly in key destination countries.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail in documentation and case management.
- Ability to work on-site in South Delhi, manage multiple client cases, and maintain confidentiality and professional ethics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, International Relations, Immigration Studies, or a related field; relevant certifications in immigration consulting are an advantage.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and case management software; prior experience in an immigration consulting firm is preferred.
