Experience: 1–4 Years (AR Calling / RCM)

Shift: Early Night Shift (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM)

Key Responsibilities:

- Resolve claim denials, rejections, and discrepancies
- Follow up with insurance companies for unpaid/underpaid claims
- Ensure timely reimbursements and claim resolution
- Work closely with billing teams for effective revenue recovery
- Handle eligibility verification and authorization follow-ups

Eligibility:

- 1–4 Years of AR Calling / Medical Billing Experience
- Strong understanding of US Healthcare RCM Process
- Excellent Communication & Analytical Skills
- Immediate Joiners Preferred
