About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated IELTS Trainer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for training students for the IELTS Academic and General Training examinations and helping them improve their English language skills and achieve their target band scores.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct IELTS training sessions for students.
- Train students in Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking modules.
- Prepare and deliver structured IELTS lessons and practice sessions.
- Conduct regular mock tests and evaluate student performance.
- Identify students' strengths and areas for improvement.
- Provide individual feedback and guidance.
- Help students improve grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, fluency, and overall communication skills.
- Monitor student progress and maintain performance records.
- Stay updated with IELTS exam patterns, question types, and assessment criteria.
- Create and use effective study materials and practice exercises.
- Motivate students and provide continuous academic support.

Eligibility & Skills




- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
- IELTS certification / relevant IELTS training experience is an advantage.
- Robust English communication skills.
- Excellent command of grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and sentence structure.
- Good presentation and teaching skills.
- Ability to handle students with different levels of English proficiency.
- Strong interpersonal and classroom management skills.
- Freshers with excellent English proficiency and a passion for teaching are welcome to apply.
- Prior IELTS training experience will be an added advantage.
