Position: Senior IDMC Subject Matter Expert Location: Noida/Bangalore/Chennai Experience: 10+ Years Job Type: Full Time Role Summary: Senior IDMC Subject matter expert with 10+ years of experience and technical expertise in the Informatica Data Management Cloud (IDMC) platform, specifically focusing on Cloud Data Integration (CDI), Cloud Data Quality (CDQ), and Cloud Application Integration (CAI).

Deliverables And Technical

Leadership & Architecture Services IDMC Platform Delivery: Drive the design, development, and optimization of end-to-end data pipelines using IDMC services (CDI, CDQ, CAI).

Integration Strategy: Architect real-time API integrations, event-driven workflows (CAI), and high-volume batch processing (CDI) to connect diverse cloud and on-premises systems.

Data Quality Frameworks: Establish and oversee data profiling, cleansing, and monitoring rules utilizing CDQ to ensure enterprise-grade data health.

Team Leadership & Execution Team Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and technically guide a team of data engineers and developers.

Delivery Management: Oversee sprint planning, task sequencing, code reviews, and code promotion across environments to ensure best practices.

Environment Management: Partner with cloud administrators to manage Secure Agent clusters, sizing, scaling,



upgrading cycles, and high availability (HA/DR) configurations.

Performance & Security Performance Tuning: Optimize complex mapping tasks, elastic clusters, and pushdown optimization (PDO) to support high-volume delta processing and minimize egress costs.

Security & Governance: Implement strict data governance and security protocols within IDMC, including asset-level RBAC (Role-Based Access Control), SAML/SSO integrations, and secure connection management.

Escalation Management: Act as the final technical authority for debugging complex mapping failures, API latency issues, advanced Secure Agent logs, and data discrepancies.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Security teams, DBAs, and Business Analysts to implement current data requirements.

Release Management: Coordinate integration changes seamlessly alongside IDMC’s monthly cloud release cycles to ensure zero-impact to production operations.
