Role Description The Human Resources Trainee internship at Launched Global is an on-site role based in Bengaluru South. The trainee will support daily HR operations, including assisting with recruitment activities, maintaining personnel records, and helping coordinate onboarding and orientation processes.

Responsibilities include supporting HR policy documentation, assisting with employee benefits administration,



and helping manage attendance and basic employee queries under the guidance of senior HR team members. The trainee will also contribute to HR data entry and reporting, participate in HR-related projects, and collaborate with different teams to ensure smooth HR processes and a positive workplace workplace.

Qualifications

- Foundational understanding of Human Resources (HR) concepts and HR Management practices.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and basic familiarity with Employee Benefits administration.
- Ability to assist with Personnel Management tasks, including maintaining employee records and supporting recruitment activities.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools.
- Interest in learning and developing a career in HR within the education and global internships sector.
