Our client a multinational education and talent development corporation is looking to engage with a Human Resources Consultant to help with:

Key Responsibilities

- Design and build a searchable, role-based AI skills repository aligned with organizational roles.
- Develop an AI competency framework and recommend an assessment methodology (e.g., self-assessment, manager assessment, or a calibrated approach).
- Conduct capability gap analysis and generate actionable insights.
- Design role-specific learning journeys and Individual Development Plans (IDPs) based on identified skill gaps.




- Recommend governance, implementation, and maintenance processes to ensure the AI skills repository remains current and scalable.

Duration- 1-2 Months Location: Remote engagement with occasional in office presence (1–2 visits) during the project, as required for workshops and milestone reviews.
