Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Raipur for a Human Resources Manager.

The Human Resources

Manager will oversee day-to-day HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee onboarding, and policy implementation. They will also be responsible for maintaining employee relations, managing HR documentation, conducting performance appraisals, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Additionally,



they will collaborate with leadership to promote a positive work culture and support employee development initiatives. Qualifications

Proficiency in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Employee Onboarding

Experience in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Promoting Workplace Engagement

Knowledge of HR Policies, Compliance with Labor Laws, and Process Documentation

Ability to Conduct Performance Appraisals and Career Development Planning

Strong Organizational, Communication, and Interpersonal Skills

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Prior experience in an HR management role is preferred

Familiarity with tools and software to manage HR processes is a plus
