Yashnand Engineers & Contractors Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Senior Billing Engineer – Civil for an on-site role.

Experience: 7–10 years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma – Civil Engineering

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat / Project Site

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and verify Client & Subcontractor RA Bills, Final Bills and MB/e-MB.

Conduct site measurements, quantity take-offs and BOQ verification.

Reconcile executed, certified and billed quantities.

Prepare Deviation, Variation, Extra Item and Substituted Item statements.

Prepare rate analysis as per CPWD/PWD DSR/SOR and contract provisions.

Check RCC, reinforcement, shuttering and finishing quantities.

Carry out material and quantity reconciliation.

Coordinate with clients, consultants and site teams for measurements and bill certification.

Verify subcontractor bills and measurements.





Prepare billing MIS, cost-control reports and project documentation.

Track bill certification, deductions, recoveries and payments.

Requirements

7–10 years of relevant experience in construction billing / quantity surveying.

Strong experience in building/infrastructure projects.

Government project experience preferred.

Robust knowledge of RA Bills, MB/e-MB, BOQ, quantity reconciliation and rate analysis.

Knowledge of CPWD/PWD DSR/SOR and contract conditions.

Good proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.

Good communication and coordination skills.
