Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor regulations. This full-time on-site role, based in Kalyan Dombivli, involves managing HR policies and procedures, maintaining accurate employee records, and supporting organizational development initiatives.

The person in this role will collaborate with leadership to define workforce needs, implement training and development programs, and promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture. Daily responsibilities also include handling HR documentation, resolving employee queries,



coordinating benefits and payroll inputs with relevant teams, and ensuring adherence to company values and standards.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning, with experience managing end-to-end hiring processes.
- Proficiency in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management to support a fair and transparent work environment.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements relevant to Indian employment regulations.
- Experience with HR documentation, HRIS or HR-related software, and maintaining accurate, confidential records.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Demonstrated ability to drive training, development, and engagement initiatives that support employee growth and retention.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in an HR managerial or senior HR role, preferably within manufacturing, FMCG, or eco-friendly product sectors.
