Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gwalior / Indore. This position is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and company policies. The role involves developing and implementing HR policies, supporting workforce planning, managing attendance and leave processes, and coordinating training and development initiatives.

Manager will collaborate with leadership and departmental heads to maintain a positive work culture, handle grievance resolution,



and ensure HR practices support business goals in a manufacturing and export environment.

CTC: INR 2.5-4 LPA

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust skills in recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning to support staffing needs in a manufacturing setup.
- Candidates should possess skills in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management to maintain a positive and productive workplace.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, factories act, and policy development to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Candidates should possess skills in training coordination, organizational development, and change management to support employee growth and process improvements.
- Relevant experience in HR management, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG, along with strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification or HR certification is an advantage.
- Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site in Indore.
