Role Description The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and HR policy implementation. This full-time, on-site role is based in Noida and involves partnering with leadership to support workforce planning, organizational development, and culture-building initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing talent acquisition processes, coordinating training and development programs, addressing employee relations matters, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

Manager will also handle HR data and reporting, maintain accurate employee records, and contribute to continuous improvement of HR practices and processes.

Qualifications Strong HR operations and employee relations skills, including experience in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and engagement.

Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements relevant to Indian regulatory frameworks.

Proficiency in HR management tools, with the ability to manage HR data, reporting, and documentation accurately.

Valuable communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels.

Demonstrated ability to design and implement training, development, and organizational development initiatives.

Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a proactive approach.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Prior experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role;

experience in financial services or fintech is a plus.
