Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.

The Human Resources

Manager will oversee HR policies, ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards, handle employee relations and grievance resolution, and coordinate training and development initiatives. Day-to-day activities include collaborating with leadership on workforce planning, maintaining accurate HR records and HRIS data, managing payroll inputs and benefits administration, and supporting a safe, inclusive, and productive work environment for all employees.

- Strong skills in recruitment,



talent acquisition, and onboarding processes, with experience managing hiring for varied roles and levels.
- Proficiency in performance management, employee engagement, and retention practices to support a positive and motivating workplace.
- Knowledge of HR operations, HR policies, and HRIS or HR-related systems, including accurate documentation and data management.
- Solid understanding of Indian labor laws, statutory compliance, payroll inputs, and benefits administration.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust across diverse teams.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated experience in training and development, including identifying skill gaps and coordinating learning initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or environmental services sectors.
