About the Opportunity YESTE is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic MBA HR graduate/student who is keen to build a strong career in Human Resources. This is more than an internship—it is an opportunity to learn HR practically, work closely with experienced HR professionals, contribute to real business processes, and demonstrate your potential for a future HR Assistant role.

Key Responsibilities Support the HR team in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.

Assist with job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination and follow-ups.

Maintain and update employee and recruitment records.

Support joining formalities, onboarding and employee documentation.

Assist in maintaining HR databases and HR-related reports.

Support attendance, leave and basic HR operations.

Coordinate with employees and departments on routine HR requirements.

Assist in employee engagement and HR initiatives.

Gain practical exposure to HR policies, processes and compliance-related activities.

Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative and operational activities.

Take up additional HR projects and responsibilities as assigned.





Candidate

Profile MBA/MBA HR qualification preferred.

Freshers and candidates beginning their HR career are encouraged to apply.

Strong interest in building a long-term career in Human Resources.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of HR concepts and recruitment processes.

Good organizational and coordination abilities.

Willingness to learn and take responsibility.

Good working knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace is an advantage.

Positive attitude with robust problem-solving and people skills.
