Position Title: Manager – HR [ HRBP]

Reports To: Director – HR Position Summary

Lead and manage an effective recruitment and selection process for senior, middle‑management, RD&E; and IT function roles.

Analyse, forecast, and address organizational talent requirements in close coordination with management.

Provide guidance and support across key HR domains including Performance Management, Rewards, and People Development.

Conduct compensation analysis, evaluate job roles, and determine appropriate classifications and salary structures. Main Responsibilities

Partner with line managers and advise on HR practices, programs, and policies.

Assess HR metrics and trends to support informed decision‑making.

Address and resolve complex employee relations matters and grievances.

Collaborate with management and employees to strengthen workplace relationships, enhance morale, and improve productivity and retention.

Offer policy guidance and ensure consistent HR process adherence.

Oversee workforce planning and succession management, including regular reporting.





Identify training needs at both individual and team levels; evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.

Recommend new HR initiatives and enhancements to existing programs.

Ensure timely completion and monitoring of performance management processes.

Education and Experience

Master in HR specialization.

Around 15 years of HRBP experience in R&D; and IT domains, with a strong manufacturing industry HR background.

Broad exposure to diverse HR functions is preferred.

Excellent command of spoken and written English.
