Role Description The Human Resources Manager at Lernx is a full time, in office role based in Gandhinagar. This position is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement. Day-to-day tasks include developing HR policies, managing HR operations, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and company standards.

Manager will collaborate with leadership to support workforce planning, drive a positive and inclusive workplace culture, and implement learning and development initiatives aligned with the organization’s goals.



The role also involves maintaining accurate HR records, monitoring HR metrics, and continuously improving HR processes to support organizational growth.

Qualifications Strong foundation in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.

Experience in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance practices, preferably within a growing organization.

Skills in training and development, with the ability to design and support learning initiatives that align with business and employee needs.

Proficiency in HR documentation, HRIS or similar systems, and maintaining accurate employee records and HR reports.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to build trust and work effectively across teams.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on process improvement.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a relevant master’s degree or HR certification is an advantage.
