HR Intern

Location: Sector 58, Gurgaon

Work Mode: On-site

Stipend: ₹10,000 per month

Duration: 6 Months

Joining: Immediate

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our HR team. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to Recruitment, Employee Engagement, HR Operations, Onboarding, and HR Administration .

The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, comfortable communicating with employees and candidates, and willing to learn different aspects of HR.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities .
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interactions.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist with employee onboarding and documentation .
- Maintain and update employee and recruitment databases.
- Support HR operations, attendance, leave, and employee records.
- Assist in preparing HR letters, reports, and other documentation.
- Support employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
- Coordinate with employees for required documents and HR-related queries.




- Assist the HR team with day-to-day administrative activities.

Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM in HR, BBA, B.Com, or a related field .
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and MS Office.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in an on-site, rapid-paced environment .
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
