About the Role We’re looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our growing team and gain hands-on experience across recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and talent management.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in HR while working in a young, creative, and fast-paced media & influencer marketing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with end-to-end recruitment and hiring
- Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other platforms
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate records
- Assist with joining, onboarding, and employee documentation
- Support day-to-day HR operations and employee engagement activities
- Maintain and update HR trackers and employee databases
- Assist in preparing HR reports, letters, and documentation
- Coordinate with employees and management on HR-related requirements
- Support the HR team in various ongoing projects and initiatives

Requirements




- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid organisational and follow-up skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
- Willingness to learn and take ownership
- Positive, proactive, and people-oriented approach
- Freshers are welcome to apply
