Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support day-to-day HR operations in a full time, on-site role based in Delhi, India.

Responsibilities include assisting with employee onboarding and documentation, maintaining personnel records, and supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures. The intern will help coordinate employee engagement activities, assist in managing employee benefits information, and support basic recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.



The role also involves preparing HR reports, updating internal databases, and collaborating with team members to ensure a positive and compliant workplace environment.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.

Candidates should possess skills related to HR Policies and understanding of Employee Benefits.

Candidates should possess capabilities in Personnel Management and maintaining accurate employee records.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.

Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Basic proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing) and HR-related software is an advantage.
