Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Intern based in Hyderabad. The responsibilities include supporting HR functions such as assisting with HR policy implementation, managing employee records, maintaining personnel files, supporting employee benefit initiatives, and aiding recruitment processes.



The intern will also have the opportunity to collaborate with various teams to contribute to HR strategies and organizational growth.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) concepts and practices
- Basic understanding of HR Management and HR Policies, ATS etc.
- Checking and following up with CA regarding the GST invoices and follow up with clients reg the same.
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Robust organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous internship experience in HR is a plus
- Attention to detail and a proactive mindset are highly desirable
