SIVAARA is a growing Health & Wellness company with performance-driven telesales and COD operations across South India.

We are looking for an "HR Generalist to independently manage the complete HR function for our Salem branch" and work closely with Branch Management and Operations. Role Overview The HR Generalist will be the primary HR point of contact for the Salem branch, responsible for Recruitment, HR Operations, Employee Engagement, Grievance Handling, Discipline and Employee Relations. Key Responsibilities

- Recruitment & Manpower

Handle end-to-end recruitment for telesales, Team Leaders, Support, MIS and other branch requirements.

Maintain a continuous hiring pipeline through job portals, consultants, referrals and walk-ins.

Plan manpower and replacements based on business requirements.

- HR Operations

Manage daily attendance, leave, late-coming and absenteeism.

Maintain employee records, HR trackers and documentation.

Coordinate with Accounts for payroll inputs, LOP and incentives.

Handle appointment, confirmation, warning and exit documentation. 3.

Employee

Engagement & Retention

Conduct employee connect and engagement activities.

Monitor employee satisfaction, morale and attrition.

Drive recognition initiatives and support employee retention.

- Grievance & Discipline





Handle employee grievances, conflicts and escalations fairly and confidentially.

Ensure company policies, attendance and workplace discipline are followed.

Coordinate with Operations on disciplinary and behavioural matters.

- Performance & Exit Management

Track probation, confirmation and performance-related cases.

Support PIP and corrective actions where required.

Manage resignation, exit formalities, handovers and F&F; coordination.

Track attrition and identify major reasons for employee exits.

- HR Reporting

Prepare regular reports on headcount, hiring, attrition, attendance, probation and employee issues.

Share HR insights and recommendations with Branch Management. You’ll Fit Well If You:

Have 2–5 years of experience in HR Generalist / HR Operations / Branch HR.

Have experience in BPO, telesales, call center, D2C or sales environments.

Are confident in recruitment, employee relations and HR operations.

Can independently handle a branch and take ownership of HR activities.

Are firm, approachable, fair and solution-oriented.

Have good communication and conflict-resolution skills.

Language: Tamil & English required. Hindi will be an added advantage.
