Role Description This is a full-time, in office Human Resources Executive role based in Gurugram.

The Human Resources

Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, documentation, leave and attendance administration, and HR records management. The role involves maintaining and implementing HR policies, supporting performance management processes, and handling employee relations matters such as conflict resolution, grievance handling, and engagement initiatives.



The individual will coordinate with hiring managers on workforce planning, support recruitment activities when needed, and ensure compliance with legal and organizational HR standards.

The Human Resources

Executive will also contribute to HR reporting, process improvement, and the implementation of HR best practices that align with Nexlance’s people and business objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience overseeing core HR functions.
- Proficiency in HR Operations, including employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, and process administration.
- Knowledge of HR Policies, labor regulations, and compliance requirements, with the ability to implement and update policies as needed.
- Solid Employee Relations capabilities, including conflict resolution, employee engagement, and stakeholder communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple tasks, and maintain high standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with proficiency in MS Office and basic HRIS tools.
- Prior experience in an HR executive or generalist role, preferably in a fast-paced or growth-oriented organization.
