We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations and support our growing organization.

Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process

Handle employee onboarding, joining formalities and documentation

Maintain employee records, attendance and leave management

Manage payroll coordination and HR-related MIS

Handle statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, PT, Labour Laws, etc.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

Address employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations

Coordinate with management and department heads for manpower requirements

Manage performance appraisal and employee engagement activities

Handle disciplinary matters and ensure compliance with company policies

Coordinate with external agencies, consultants and government authorities when required





Candidate Requirements:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- 3+ years of relevant HR experience preferred
- Positive knowledge of HR operations and statutory compliance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel and HR documentation
- Ability to independently handle HR activities
