Edwin Incorporation is looking for a responsible and performance-oriented Human Resources Executive who can independently manage the complete HR function of the organisation.
The selected candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee management, attendance, salary and payroll coordination, performance monitoring, reporting, onboarding, documentation and day-to-day HR operations.
This is not only a recruitment position. The candidate should be capable of managing employees throughout their employment cycle and ensuring discipline, productivity and proper HR documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for different departments and positions.
- Post vacancies on Indeed, Apna, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
- Source, screen and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate final interviews with management.
- Manage offer letters, joining formalities and employee onboarding.
- Maintain complete employee records and HR documentation.
- Monitor daily attendance, leave, late coming, absences and working hours.
- Coordinate monthly salary and payroll preparation.
- Verify attendance and other applicable records before salary processing.
- Maintain salary, deduction, incentive and payment-related records.
- Coordinate salary slips and payroll-related employee communication.
- Monitor employee performance and productivity.
- Collect and review daily, weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Follow up with employees whose performance or reporting is below expectations.
- Coordinate performance reviews with management and department heads.
- Maintain records of warnings, performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions.
- Handle employee queries and resolve routine HR-related issues professionally.
- Monitor probation periods and coordinate confirmation or performance reviews.
- Manage resignation, notice period, relieving and exit formalities.
- Ensure employees follow company policies, reporting requirements and workplace discipline.
- Update employee information and HR activities in CRM/HRMS or other company software.
- Prepare regular HR, recruitment, attendance, payroll and performance reports for management.
- Support management in improving employee productivity and overall HR processes.
Recruitment Responsibilities The HR Executive will be expected to recruit candidates for various roles including:
Sales Executives | Business Development | Telecalling | Digital Marketing | SEO | Content Writing | HR | Operations | IT | Customer Support and other positions as required.
Payroll & Salary Responsibilities The candidate should be able to:
- Prepare or coordinate monthly salary calculations.
- Verify attendance and paid days.
- Maintain salary records.
- Track approved deductions, incentives and advances.
- Coordinate salary slips.
- Resolve basic employee salary queries.
- Submit payroll details to management for final approval.
Performance Management The HR Executive will actively monitor employee performance and should:
- Maintain employee targets and performance records.
- Review work reports submitted by employees.
- Identify employees requiring improvement.
- Follow up regularly on pending or incomplete work.
- Coordinate performance evaluations.
- Prepare performance summaries for management.
- Ensure employees remain accountable for assigned responsibilities and deadlines.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience.
- Experience in recruitment and HR operations.
- Basic understanding of payroll and salary processing.
- Strong employee handling and follow-up skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee and salary information.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Comfortable using job portals, email, CRM and HR software.
- Ability to manage multiple employees and vacancies simultaneously.
- Strong reporting, documentation and organisational skills.
- Candidate should be responsible, disciplined and result-oriented.
