Location: Kochi, Kerala, India Role Description The Human Resources Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi, responsible for supporting and managing day-to-day HR activities across the organization. This role includes overseeing HR operations such as onboarding, documentation, attendance and leave management, and HR information systems.

The Human Resources

Executive will handle employee relations by addressing queries, coordinating performance reviews, and supporting engagement and retention initiatives.



The role also involves implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and collaborating with leadership to support recruitment, training, and workforce planning. Qualifications

Strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with the ability to support end-to-end HR functions.

Experience in HR Operations, including onboarding, documentation, HRIS, and process coordination.

Skills in Employee Relations, with the ability to address concerns, support engagement, and promote a positive work culture.

Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance standards, with the ability to implement and maintain organizational guidelines.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.

Solid interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

Experience in education or training-focused organizations is a plus, along with familiarity with local labor laws.
