We are an early-stage Consumer AI startup looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Executive to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, and helping us build a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other hiring channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview rounds.
- Handle offer rollouts, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee lifecycle processes.




- Work with payroll and finance teams to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Support employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
- Partner with founders and hiring managers to close positions quickly.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.
- Experience with end-to-end hiring and recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with Keka HRMS is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of payroll, attendance, leave management, and onboarding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Work from Office)
