Reporting To

Founder Office; thereafter PIC Manager with Founder Office functional governance Role Purpose The People Intelligence Analyst will support LANDVISTA’s recruitment, workforce-data, onboarding, performance-management and people-governance systems. The role requires accurate records, disciplined analysis, confidentiality, evidence-based reporting and timely escalation. The analyst supports authorised decisions but does not independently approve hiring, compensation, confirmation, promotion, disciplinary action or termination.

Mandatory

Responsibilities

· Maintain approved hiring requisitions, candidate records, source details, recruitment stages, ageing, owners and next actions.

· Administer screening questionnaires, assessments, interview schedules, evaluator scorecards and candidate evidence.

· Validate candidate and workforce information; identify duplicates, inconsistencies, missing evidence and unsupported completion statuses.

· Maintain joining-file, onboarding, training, probation, KRA/KPI and PMS administration records.

· Prepare recruitment, workforce, documentation, performance, exception, risk and management reports.

· Track confidentiality, conflict-of-interest, access-control and people-risk exceptions and escalate material concerns.

· Support joiner–mover–leaver processes, work handover, asset return and access-revocation verification.

· Use approved systems and communication channels, including Zoho Recruit, Zoho People, WorkDrive, Zoho Sign and Zoho Analytics.

Eligibility & Capability

Education





Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, Commerce, Analytics, Information Systems or a related field.

Experience

Relevant exposure to HR operations, recruitment operations, HR MIS, workforce analytics, onboarding, document control or PMS administration.

Technical

Robust Excel or Google Sheets capability, including data validation, reconciliation, trackers, pivot tables and structured reporting. ATS/HRMS experience is preferred.

Behavioural

Integrity, confidentiality, neutrality, attention to detail, structured thinking, evidence discipline, ownership and escalation judgement.

Work Readiness

Comfortable operating under role-based access, audit trails, defined approvals, performance reviews and controlled documentation requirements.

Core Performance Expectations

· People-data accuracy, recruitment-pipeline integrity and document-control accuracy.

· Timely and complete daily/weekly reporting, review tracking and SLA follow-up.

· Accurate KPI/PMS administration supported by retrievable evidence.

· 100% confidentiality, access-control and approved-channel compliance.

· No false completion, score manipulation, unauthorised disclosure or unsupported conclusion. Authority & Governance Limits The analyst may collect, validate, organise and report approved information; administer approved workflows; flag exceptions; and recommend procedural next actions.



The analyst may not independently approve roles, hiring, compensation, offers, access, confirmation, promotion, disciplinary action or termination; alter approved scores/KPIs; disclose restricted information; or delete controlled records outside approved workflows.

· Selection and numerical assessment scores do not create an automatic entitlement to appointment.

· Operational access is granted only after approved documentation, onboarding, certification and access authorisation.

· The selected candidate must sign applicable NDA, confidentiality, conflict, information-security, acceptable-use and employment documents.

· Background and reference verification may be conducted with appropriate consent and controls.

· Probation, notice period, leave, statutory benefits and other terms will be governed by the final appointment letter, approved policies and applicable law.

· A confirmed integrity, confidentiality, security, conflict-disclosure or evidence-authenticity failure may override numerical performance.
