We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Checker to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in quality inspection, engineering drawings, and precision measuring instruments. You will be responsible for ensuring that incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products meet the company's quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Inspect raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
Perform dimensional and visual inspections according to quality standards.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and Dial Gauge.
Identify quality defects and prepare inspection reports.
Coordinate with Production and Quality teams to resolve quality issues.
Maintain inspection records and quality documentation.
Ensure compliance with company quality standards and procedures.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.

Required Skills
Valuable knowledge of quality inspection processes.
Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Hands-on experience with Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and Dial Gauge.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.




Strong analytical, observation, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Qualifications
Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
1–2 years of experience in Quality Inspection within the Manufacturing Industry.
