Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies for real estate sales to achieve set revenue targets.
Market Analysis & Forecasting: Analyze current market trends and forecast future sales to adjust strategies and targets accordingly.
Sales Target Setting & Monitoring: Set individual and team sales targets, and regularly monitor and review performance against these goals.
Team Training & Development: Provide training to the sales team, ensuring they have in-depth knowledge of the products and services offered.
Sales Growth Opportunities: Identify new opportunities for growth in the real estate market and devise strategies to capture them.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaboration & Reporting:



Work closely with other departments and management to ensure smooth operations and alignment of business objectives.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team, providing feedback and coaching to improve results.

Qualifications and Skills
Any Graduate, Any Postgraduate.
3–5 years of experience in real estate sales, with a strong track record of meeting sales targets.
Strong understanding of the real estate market, particularly in the co-working space.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Solid analytical skills to forecast and analyze sales trends.
Proven experience in training and mentoring a sales team.
Ability to identify recent sales opportunities and capitalize on them.
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
