Role Description This is a full time, on-site Recruiter role based in Mumbai. The Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection decisions with hiring managers.

Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining talent pipelines, posting and updating job descriptions, managing recruitment databases and tools, and ensuring a positive candidate experience at every stage. The role also involves collaborating with leadership to understand workforce needs, supporting employer branding initiatives, and providing regular hiring metrics and reports.

Qualifications
Talent acquisition skills, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Experience with recruitment tools and platforms, such as job boards, professional networks, and applicant tracking systems.




Stakeholder management and communication skills to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and team members.
Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple requisitions and meet hiring timelines.
Knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment trends, and basic labor and hiring compliance.
Robust written and verbal communication skills and a skilled, inclusive approach to candidate interactions.
Prior experience as a Recruiter or in HR, preferably in consumer goods, wellness, or startup environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and adapt to a quick-paced, growth-oriented company culture.
