Role Description

This is a full-time in office role for a Talent Acquisition Lead / Lead Recruiter in the Banking/Fintech sector. The position is located in Navi Mumbai.

The Talent Acquisition

Lead will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, developing employer branding strategies, and conducting interviews. Their daily tasks will include sourcing top talent, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and collaborating with department heads to understand specific hiring needs and improve the recruitment process.

Qualifications
Experience in full-life cycle recruiting and hiring
Proficiency in conducting interviews and assessing candidates
Skills in employer branding and recruiting strategies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a agile setting
Familiarity with the banking/fintech industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
