Ensure sales team meet their targets & goals • Work with the sales team to enhance brand penetration and implement marketing campaigns to increase the profit from sales as an end result • Ensure proper engagement of the team in day-to- day should keep track of teams satisfaction and any other activities among the team and resolve any concerns immediately.
Ensuring that sales team meets their targets goals, planning marketing activities, • Validating expenditures of the sales team by comparing the actual data provided by the team.
Researching and developing the marketing prospects and plans by understanding dealers & influencer requirements, identifying market trends, suggesting improvements to achieve targets • Process and monitor daily sales figures, orders in line with state wise targets and ensure timely delivery by coordinating with despatch team for supplying the materials to the sales area.
Attentively listen to dealers and influencer's problems/issues and appraise the same to the management.




Monitor and plan sales promotion activities like influencer’s meet, fabricator’s meet and ensure brand schemes and policies are communicated to them properly.
Identifying potential dealers and converting them to be our exclusive dealers.
Meeting the intermediaries like engineers/builders/contractors/consultants and build rapport to increase the brand awareness & sales.
Keep track of competitors activities and plans counter measures accordingly.

Requirement
Proficiency in all Microsoft office applications • The ability to work in a rapid phased environment and willingness to travel • Excellent analytical, problem solving & leadership skills • Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills • Robust business acumen • Must have 8 – 10 years of experience in a manufacturing company in Building material industry with turnover not less than 300 crore
