About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and articulate Client Acquisition Executive to join our growing team. This is an entry-level role designed for graduates who are eager to build a career in financial services, wealth management, and business development. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients — introducing them to Plexus's research-driven approach to wealth management and helping grow our client base.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential clients through calls, emails, networking, and referrals
Generate and qualify leads for new business opportunities
Present and explain Plexus's wealth management services and mutual fund offerings to prospective clients in a easy and engaging way
Schedule meetings and follow up consistently with potential customers
Build and maintain relationships with prospects through regular communication
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and business development activities
Support the team in achieving monthly and quarterly client acquisition targets
Stay updated on mutual fund products, market trends,



and financial concepts

Requirements
Graduate or post-graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Commerce, or a related field
Robust verbal and written communication skills
Confidence in interacting with and approaching new clients
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow in financial services
Basic understanding of mutual funds and wealth management is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office and email communication

Preferred
AMFI (ARN) Certification — a major advantage
Interest in financial markets, investments, and wealth management
